An Iraqi security source reported today, Wednesday, the issuance of an arrest warrant for both individuals known as "Um al-Loul" and "Franco," who are recognized on social media for producing inappropriate content and committing acts indecent to public decency. The source stated that "The Committee for Inappropriate Content in the Ministry of Interior has taken legal actions against the accused (Hadeel Khalid Abd) known as (Um al-Loul) and the accused (Mohammad Khalaf Sada) known as (Franco) for committing acts indecent to public decency." The source added that "The Karakh Investigative Court, which specializes in publication and media cases, has issued arrest warrants for them." "Um al-Loul" and "Franco" are considered social media celebrities.
