Russian Missile Strike Kills One in Central Ukraine

Andrey Raikovych, the governor of Central Ukraine's region, stated on Thursday that "one civilian was killed and eight others injured in a Russian missile attack on the city of Kropyvnytskyi, which also caused damage to the electricity company's buildings and led to a disruption in electricity and water supply." In a press conference, Raikovych mentioned that "Russia likely used an X-95 missile in the attack." He added, "Ordinary workers were injured... unfortunately, a worker has died. A simple car mechanic." Raikovych also noted that "the damage to the electricity lines resulted in power outages and water supply interruptions in several areas of the city, but services were restored later."
