Iranian Army Navy: We Will Soon Expel Foreign Fleets from the Region

The commander of the Iranian Army Navy, Admiral Shahram Irani, confirmed that the aircraft carrier that has entered the region will be expelled soon. In a speech at the "National Conference for the Development of Makran Coast (Oman Sea Coast)," he stated, "Two months ago, the Americans wanted to inspect one of our marine fuel tankers in the Atlantic Ocean, but inspections require permission from the United Nations, and we did not allow them to come close to us." He emphasized, "Maritime navigation security is assured, but a permanent presence in the high seas is very important to us, and we have sought, during the journey of the Iranian Navy's 86th group around the globe, to establish a permanent presence there if we see an island along our sailing path." Admiral Irani noted that "maritime superiority will soon be achieved, and maritime diplomacy will quickly become evident, and everyone will be informed of that." He added, "The Iranian Navy has expanded its deployment along the Makran coast and has begun building facilities there, and is currently constructing support vessels operating in that area."
