The Second Airports Company in Saudi Arabia has achieved a new milestone within the civil aviation system, with 16 of its airports obtaining the International Council's Airport Customer Experience Accreditation (ACEA). This achievement is a result of the continuous efforts made by the General Authority of Civil Aviation in terms of regulation and oversight, and it crowns the operational efforts of the Second Airports Company to provide the highest quality services and best experiences for travelers.
The CEO of the Second Airports Company, Engineer Ali Masrahi, expressed his happiness with this achievement, confirming that the company focused on three main areas: understanding the customer, building a clear strategy based on the traveler's needs, and measuring improvement by tracking key performance indicators throughout the traveler's journey. This focus has led to receiving the ACEA accreditation.
Masrahi emphasized the Second Airports Company's commitment to the continuous improvement of the traveler experience and its pursuit of achieving all objectives aligned with the national aviation strategy led by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
