Russian President Vladimir Putin attended the opening ceremony of the eighth edition of the Russian-Chinese Expo and the fourth Russian-Chinese Forum for Regional Cooperation in Harbin, Northern China, according to "Russia Today." He stated, "The alliance between Russia and China in the energy sector will continue to strengthen, and Russia is ready to supply China with environmentally friendly energy." He pointed out that "Russia is prepared to offer advantages and access to its technological base for investors from China."
