Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Majid Al-Ansari stated today, Tuesday, that "negotiations between Israel and Hamas regarding a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages are nearing a deadlock." In response to a question about the International Criminal Court's prosecutor seeking to issue arrest warrants against some officials from Israel and Hamas, Al-Ansari said it is too early for Qatar to comment on the decision, but all organizations and countries must be held accountable for killing civilians.
