Three foreigners and an Afghan were killed today, Friday, in a shooting in Bamiyan province in central Afghanistan, according to Afghan Interior Minister Abdul Mateen Qani. Qani stated, "An Afghan and three foreigners were killed, and four foreigners and three Afghans were injured in the shooting in Bamiyan city, the capital of the province of the same name."
