The Grand Mufti of the Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Deryan, met in Dar al-Fatwa with a delegation representing the Sheikh of Mind for the Druze community, Sami Abi al-Muna, headed by Judge Gandhi Makarem. The delegation presented an invitation from the Sheikh of Mind and the Druze community council to participate in the community's iftar on April 3rd.
Mufti Deryan also received Abdul Latif Aytani, the head of the Board of Trustees of "Bayareq al-Khayr," along with a delegation from the council, in the presence of member of the Supreme Islamic Judicial Council Sheikh Fouad Zrad. They exchanged congratulations for the month of Ramadan and discussed Islamic affairs and living conditions.
Additionally, Mufti Deryan welcomed a delegation from the newspaper "Al-Liwaa," led by editor-in-chief Salah Salam, to offer their congratulations for the blessed month of Ramadan, and discussions were held regarding the general situation.
