Emirates Airlines: Boeing Needs to Make Changes

Emirates Airlines President Tim Clark stated on Thursday that the American aircraft manufacturer Boeing needs to make changes as it faces regulatory scrutiny following the explosion of a cockpit panel in one of its Max 9 aircraft during a flight on January 5. Clark told reporters in London, "They really need to do that. I don't know if that means a change in management model. Changing the management model always requires a change in the people surrounding the old management model." He reiterated previous remarks that Boeing is at its "last chance for success" and there will be no tolerance for the aircraft manufacturer if further problems arise.
