Egyptian media personality Sherif Madkour stated that his audience is the strongest connection between him and his program, which he considers a great blessing from God. In an interview on one of the Egyptian television channels, he expressed that he does not feel embarrassed when called the "Mouada' Settat" (host for women) because the majority of his audience consists of women over 40 and their children. "They call me the Mouada' Settat Misr and they make fun of me, but I’m not upset; this is a crown on my head. The mothers and grandmothers of Egypt trust me blindly, and I hope I live up to that trust, and the children trust me as well," he added.
He mentioned, "I said to myself, I'm a registered brand, and I hope to be deserving of this trust. Sometimes, I use my program to send messages to children about the importance of not drinking coffee or tea and the need to brush their teeth. I often receive videos the next day from mothers showing me that their children followed my advice... because their children heard my guidance and repeat, 'Uncle Sherif said not to do that again,' and that makes me very happy."
He pointed out, "Standing in front of the camera was a big turning point in my life, and I was scared." He considers himself fortunate and makes it a priority to enjoy life and connect with his friends and family.
The well-known media figure hosts the program "Shar' Sherif," which is an engaging social show that includes many entertaining social and interactive segments on various topics such as art, cooking, fashion, beauty, health, and sports, while also addressing contemporary issues that interest people, along with interviews with prominent personalities and stars in society.
