The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the opening of registration for Hajj and the availability of packages for the Hajj season 1445 AH / 2024 AD. The ministry explained that registration can be done through their website or the Nusuk application for guests of Allah, available on smartphones and tablets, for those who meet the conditions, with priority given to those who have not performed Hajj before. All registered participants can choose from the available packages and suitable transportation options.
The ministry emphasized that contracting for Hajj-related services should be done through licensed companies offering services to pilgrims within the Kingdom, listed on the ministry's website. Registration for Hajj must be done by the pilgrim themselves, ensuring not to contract with any unlicensed campaigns or companies not listed on the ministry's site.
The ministry revealed that there are four types of available packages:
- Package 1: Starting at 4,099.75 SAR, including value-added tax, offering economic services for pilgrims.
- Package 2: Starting at 8,092.55 SAR, including value-added tax, featuring hospitality tents in Mina.
- Package 3: Starting at 13,265.25 SAR, including value-added tax, with the six towers in Mina, distinguished by their close proximity to the Jamarat bridge.
- Package 4: Starting at 10,366.10 SAR, including value-added tax, featuring upgraded tents that provide a comfortable and high-quality service for pilgrims.
The ministry also mentioned that for citizens and residents booking Hajj packages within the Kingdom, they must create a booking for the main pilgrim and companions, after which a text message will be sent with the payment invoice. Additionally, the full or partial payment of the booking must be made within the available timeframe, followed by the issuance of the permit and finally printing the permit via the Absher portal.
