Hamas leader Osama Hamdan confirmed that "the Israeli army views Palestinian children as a pool of targets to eliminate any sign of life in Gaza," noting that "the occupation's aggression has targeted mosques, churches, and even children's toy stores." He stated, "It is essential for the West to declare its innocence from this entity that seeks to confront its losses by presenting fabricated and deceptive images." He continued, "In just the past two days, the Zionist enemy has committed 25 massacres," comparing its actions to those of the Nazis, emphasizing "the Palestinians' rejection of displacement plans," and stating that "there will be no negotiations regarding a prisoner exchange until the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip ceases." He remarked, "The Al-Qassam Brigades have humiliated the enemy and brought the entity closer to its end." He asserted that "our people have the right to live a free life like other peoples of the world, and the occupation will not enjoy stability until we do, urging France and Europe not to take sides with Israel." Regarding the ceasefire, he denied that it was proposed, stating that Netanyahu used the idea yesterday as a soothing measure in response to the anger of prisoners' families after they learned that every attempt to rescue a prisoner results in their death.
