She confirmed, "I haven't been feeling well for the past two days, so I haven't slept for two nights and have experienced some fever. I feel that the right decision is to withdraw, as it is really difficult to play in this condition."
She added, "I saw the doctor, and he said that there is actually a virus here in Paris. I think that with my allergy issues, my immunity has just dropped, and I caught something. I will try to recover and do my best to prepare for the grass court tournament season."
