In the context of its musical and academic activities, the National Higher Institute of Music - Conservatory announced the commencement of organizing academic musical concerts specifically for students. These concerts are part of the academic curriculum for music students at the institute and contribute to their musical studies evaluation alongside their instrumental specialization.
The academic concerts will take place in all Lebanese regions where the Conservatory has branches, and the program will include a variety of musical instruments to be specified later, featuring concerts dedicated to each instrument. The initiative began with concerts for the piano, where students will present musical performances under the supervision of their teachers at the institute, including branches in Sin El Fil, Sidon, Tripoli, Baakleen, Jounieh, and other areas. Some concerts have already been held in certain branches while others will continue in the remaining branches, and they are open for attendance to anyone interested in classical music in Lebanon.
It is noteworthy that the participation of Conservatory students is not limited to performing in the concerts; they also contribute to designing the concert posters, reflecting their desire to enhance their presence by participating in the event creation and engaging academically and artistically in the concerts.
