European Airport Suspends Operations with Israeli Air Force

The government of Scotland has indicated that all dealings with the Israeli Air Force have been suspended following criticism over the landing of an Israeli military aircraft at Glasgow Prestwick Airport during the Gaza war. The Scottish government stated, as reported by the Scotsman newspaper, that "Glasgow Prestwick Airport will not engage with the Israeli army due to the war on Gaza." It was noted that "an aircraft belonging to the Israeli Air Force, traveling between the United States and Beersheba, landed at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, which is publicly owned, in November of last year." There have also been calls to prevent all Israeli aircraft from entering UK airspace.
