Houthi Targets Three Ships in the Red and Mediterranean Seas

Amid ongoing attacks on commercial shipping vessels in the Red Sea since the outbreak of the war in Gaza, and following threats from the Houthi group to expand their attacks towards the Mediterranean Sea, the Houthis announced that they targeted the ship Essex in the Mediterranean today, Friday. They also stated that they targeted the ship MSC Alexandra in the Arabian Sea, in addition to the ship Yanis in the Red Sea. The military spokesperson for "Ansar Allah," Yahya Saree, reported today that the Houthis targeted the ship Yanis in the Red Sea, Essex in the Mediterranean, and MSC Alexandra in the Arabian Sea.
