Arrests by the Army in Baalbek

The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance announced the following in a statement: "On April 5, 2024, a unit from the army, assisted by a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence, raided the homes of citizens (H.H.) and (A.H.) in the Hosh Bardeh area - Bekaa, and arrested them as they were wanted for firing shots and committing theft. They were found in possession of a military weapon, a quantity of drugs, and military equipment." It concluded: "The seized items were handed over, and an investigation has begun with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
