Title: Military Retirees Announce Civil Disobedience

The movement of military retirees announced, in "Statement Number One," the call for civil disobedience by refusing to pay all new fees and taxes for themselves and their families, including bills for electricity, water, and phone services, as well as municipal fees and all official transaction fees related to them, until further notice. They disseminated this decision to all military retirees and requested that an announcement be posted on the walls and doors of public and private institutions and banks, as well as distributed to passersby on the streets.
