The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division announced the following: "The Municipality of Beirut will be conducting cleaning works at Salim Salam Tunnel tomorrow, 26/05/2024, starting from 07:00 AM until 12:00 PM on the same date. Therefore, the space for vehicle passage on the mentioned route will be narrowed. If necessary, the tunnel may be closed, and traffic will be diverted to the adjacent road. Citizens are requested to take note and comply with the directions of the Internal Security Forces personnel assigned to carry out this task and their guidance, as well as the traffic signs, in order to ensure public safety and prevent congestion."
