Interior and Municipalities Minister Bassam Molawi, in a message to all Lebanese, extended his greetings on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, wishing for prosperity and solutions to the problems and crises facing Lebanon, as well as an end to ongoing assaults on civilians and innocents. He also wished a happy International Women's Day to all women in Lebanon and mothers around the world, acknowledging their success in various fields.
After meeting with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri at the second presidential palace in Ain al-Tineh, Molawi stated, “I had the honor of meeting with Nabih Berri, where we informed him about security matters and the ongoing efforts of the security forces. We thanked the President for his attention and wished him, and through him, all Lebanese a blessed Ramadan and goodness for Lebanon.”
Speaker Berri also received Deputy Governor of the Central Bank, Dr. Wassim Mansouri. Additionally, President Berri received a congratulatory message from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi on the occasion of Ramadan, which included: “I am pleased to send you my best wishes and warmest congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. I wish it returns to you and to the two brotherly peoples with continued progress and prosperity, and to both the Arab and Islamic nations with goodness, blessings, and lasting success, for the brotherly Lebanese people and all peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations, more development and prosperity.”
