We are used to receiving warnings about earthquakes and tremors from the controversial Dutch seismologist and astronomer Frank Hoogerbeets, who is known for making alarming predictions linking planetary alignments in space to seismic activities on Earth. However, this Wednesday he issued a strange warning that some people he described as "sensitive" may experience.
Hoogerbeets posted on his account on X: "In case you missed it, this is the current planetary geometry. The electromagnetic influence is strong and affects both our atmosphere and crust. Sensitive people may experience (strong) tinnitus (ear ringing) as well."
He added, "Sensitive individuals may suffer from (strong) tinnitus or ringing in the ears." He accompanied his tweet with the latest astronomical bulletin published on his account and that of the astronomy agency he heads, SSGEOS, which highlighted planetary alignments occurring on April 9, 10, and 11, including four planetary conjunctions, which he deemed "very significant."
He noted that on Thursday, April 11, there will be a conjunction involving Earth, Mercury, and the Sun. He warned of the potential effects of these alignments on the Earth's crust in the form of earthquakes, specifically between April 11 and 13.
Scientists emphasize that there is no scientific method to predict earthquakes before they occur and assert that there is no scientific basis to prove that the movement and alignment of planets can influence Earth through seismic activities.
It is worth noting that researcher Frank Hoogerbeets leads the Solar System Geometry Survey (SSGEOS), a research institution focused on monitoring the geometry arising from celestial bodies and its correlation with seismic activity on Earth. His predictions and warnings have sparked considerable panic worldwide, as he links these forecasts with planetary alignments and configurations in space, forming a "critical geometry" that impacts Earth and causes earthquakes, according to Hoogerbeets' strongly defended theory.
In this context, Dr. Ashraf Tadros, an astronomy professor at the National Institute for Astronomical and Geophysical Research in Egypt, revealed the most important astronomical phenomena and events during the days of Eid al-Fitr, which begin this Wednesday, and can be observed with the naked eye under clear skies without clouds or dust. Dr. Tadros mentioned, as reported by the official Middle East News Agency, that the planets Mars ("the red planet") and Saturn ("the pearl of the solar system") will align today, and they can be seen with the naked eye early in the morning before sunrise.
