Trump: We Will Build an "Iron Dome" Over the United States

Former U.S. President Donald Trump promised during a speech in Minnesota to create a missile defense system termed an "Iron Dome" over the country. Trump stated, "We will build an Iron Dome over our country; such a dome has never been seen before," indicating that it would serve as a "security system" for the United States. The former president affirmed that the missile system would be similar to the Iron Dome in Israel. He added, "Just think about what would have happened if they (the Israelis) didn't have this system; Israel wouldn't have existed, and we need the same system." Trump confirmed that the establishment of such a system would create new jobs for Americans.
