Army: Arrest of Two Lebanese and Two Syrians in Operations in Tripoli

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement: "Following a clash that occurred in the Bab Al-Hadid area of Tripoli, which involved gunfire and the throwing of hand grenades, resulting in the injury of two individuals, a unit from the army, supported by a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate, raided the homes of those involved in the incident and arrested the two Lebanese individuals (M.A.N.) and (M.W.N.) for firing weapons on previous dates. They seized two hand grenades, a quantity of ammunition, and military equipment. Another unit, accompanied by a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate, raided the homes of wanted individuals in the Al-Qobbeh area of Tripoli, arresting the two Syrians (H.H.Y.) and (Y.J.), and seized two handguns and a hand grenade in their possession. The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was initiated with the detainees under the supervision of the relevant judiciary."
