Netanyahu: We Are Preparing a Surprise for Hezbollah

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced during his visit to the northern command that "we are continuously working on the northern front and we have detailed, important, and even surprising plans." He stated, "I will not share these plans with the enemy, which aim to restore security to the north and return residents safely to their homes. We are determined to achieve both." He added, "We are working all the time on the northern front," noting that "we have eliminated hundreds of Hezbollah members so far." During the visit, Netanyahu received an operational review from the head of the northern command, General Ori Gordin, regarding the intensive offensive and defensive activity in the sector. Netanyahu also spoke with the general command and division leaders about the detailed operational plans in the area and listened to the divisions' insistence on moving as necessary to safely return the northern residents to their homes.
