The Lebanese swimming team departed from Rafic Hariri International Airport this morning, Monday, heading to Doha (Qatar) to participate in the Arab Swimming Championship for age groups, which will take place from January 8 to 14. The delegation consisted of the Secretary General of the Federation, Fred Abi Raad (Head of the Delegation), coaches George Yazbek and François Ghattas, and the swimmers: Jawad Younes, Ryan Arqdan, Karim Sandad, Ahmed Khalifa, Pierre Sheilta, Louka Sleiman, Fred Zidan, Eduardo Ozunian, Andrew Ghanem, Anthony Abi Aboud, Muhammad Bahlawan, Ahmed Safia, Majd Hajjazi, Carl Ghanam, Ryan Al-Shab, Sky Aoun, Angela Domanyan, Maya Al-Zein, Karan Ibrahim, Tia Obeid, Sofia Shantiri, Lori Awad, Talin Murad, Lana Hajjazi, Lin Al-Hajj, Marian Taklili, Rin Al-Hajj, Wafa Sablooh, and Yandi Abu Absi. The delegation was seen off by federation member Rola Al-Khateeb.
