Brazilian star Neymar da Silva continues his rehabilitation program vigorously in order to return to participating in training with his team Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia after a long absence. Neymar suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee during October while playing for the Brazilian national team in a match against Uruguay in the World Cup 2026 qualifiers.
Injury specialist Thamer Al-Shahrani shared a video on his account on the platform "X" showing Neymar performing his rehabilitation program. Al-Shahrani stated: "Neymar shares promising details... Finally, the Al-Hilal star posted a video just now of his latest training in the gym at Al-Hilal Club, with high-intensity and advanced training."
He clarified: "Neymar has officially started jumping, single-leg jumps, beginning to run, applying heavy weights on the knee, and training in the second to last phase." Al-Shahrani added: "He is doing excellently but needs additional time for this type of training and to maintain the intensity of the workouts."
