Body Found in Alligator's Mouth

The American network "ABC 13" reported that police in Texas discovered a woman's body in an alligator's mouth after receiving a report about a missing woman. Maggie Berger, a spokesperson for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, explained in a statement that on May 28, Texas game wardens, with the assistance of the Houston Police Department, retrieved a human body found inside an alligator's mouth. She added, "A Houston police sergeant shot the alligator to prevent it from causing further damage to the body." She concluded, "The Houston Police are currently investigating the incident, and an autopsy will determine the cause of the woman's death."
