The UAE Ministry of Investment announced today, Tuesday, that "the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman have established an investment partnership valued at 129 billion dirhams (35.12 billion dollars) to deepen cooperation in various sectors, including renewable energy." This announcement came during the UAE-Oman joint investment forum held in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, coinciding with Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq's visit to the UAE. Additionally, several Emirati and Omani companies signed investment and cooperation agreements across various sectors. These agreements cover areas such as renewable energy, minerals, railways, digital infrastructure, and technological investments, thereby reinforcing the commitments outlined in the agreements between the UAE Ministry of Investment and the Oman Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion.
