Injuries were reported following the Israeli army's attack on a house in the town of Mays al-Jabal, prompting ambulance teams to rush to the scene. Later, the Civil Defense announced via the "X" platform that its personnel transferred two injured individuals from Mays al-Jabal to the martyr Salah Ghindour Hospital in Bint Jbeil at 12:50 PM on 2023/12/06, during the Israeli army's strike on the town.
The artillery fire also affected the outskirts of Maroun al-Ras, specifically in the area near the park between Yaroun and Maroun al-Ras, as well as the southern outskirts of Yaroun. The Israeli army targeted the outskirts of the towns of Firdeis, Rashaya al-Fukhar, Mazraat Halta, Kafr Shuba outskirts, and the Salamiyah farms outside Mari area in Hasbaya. The vicinity of the towns of Tayr Harfa and Shohin also experienced artillery shelling. The outskirts of the towns of Aita al-Shaab, Qunayn, Yaroun, Maroun al-Ras, and Blida were subjected to artillery fire from Israeli army positions.

Earlier today, the Israeli army targeted a house in the town of Aita al-Shaab with three Merkava tank shells from the Branit post, with no injuries reported, noting that the house had been targeted previously.
In contrast, Hezbollah announced its targeting of the "Radar" site with appropriate weapons, achieving direct hits. It later declared in successive statements that it targeted "Roisat al-Qarn sites in the Shebaa Farms and the Dahira and Hadab al-Bustan with appropriate weapons, hitting them directly."
In another statement, Hezbollah mourned one of its members, Ali Hassan Al-Attat from the Hara al-Harika in the southern suburbs.
