US Helicopters Repel Houthi Attack on Ship in the Red Sea

The US Central Command indicated that "US Navy helicopters sank three out of four boats used by the Iran-aligned Houthis in Yemen to attack a commercial vessel in the southern Red Sea on Sunday." They added via their X social media account that "the helicopters launched from the aircraft carriers Eisenhower and Gravely in response to distress calls from the vessel Maersk Hangzhou, and opened fire on the Houthi boats in self-defense, sinking three boats with no survivors on board, while the fourth boat fled the area."
