Israeli Chief of Staff, Herzi Halevi, announced that Israel is preparing solutions to address the capabilities of Hezbollah. During a tour of the border with Lebanon, Halevi emphasized that "Hezbollah will face our strong capabilities at the right time," and stated, "Our strong capabilities are known to the enemy only very little."
