Iraq Elected as President of the Arab Ministers of Information Council for the Upcoming Term

The spokesperson for government media, Haidar Majid, announced today, Wednesday, that Iraq has been elected as the president of the Arab Ministers of Information Council for the upcoming term. In a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Majid said, "Today, Iraq was elected as the president of the Arab Ministers of Information Council for the upcoming term." He added that "the council welcomed the Republic of Iraq's hosting of the ministerial council's activities in its fifty-fifth session in 2025."
