"Dubai Ramadan Markets" A Window to Discover Emirati Culture

The Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment has indicated that the "Ramadan in Dubai" campaign continues to offer a wide range of events held at various well-known destinations in Dubai, in partnership with government and private entities in the emirate throughout the month of Ramadan. The "Dubai Ramadan Markets" are among the most prominent events and places where residents and visitors can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and explore a range of lively experiences across the city throughout Ramadan.

The establishment clarified that the public will have the opportunity to discover important aspects of authentic Emirati culture and its societal heritage through the Ramadan markets, as well as the chance to shop for souvenirs and traditional handicrafts offered by Emirati designers. The Ramadan markets in Dubai are distinguished by their interactive environments.

Nighttime events held during Ramadan include the "Ramadan Neighborhood" at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, the "Ramadan Market" on Old Municipality Street in Deira, "Ramadanities" at "The Hub" at Al Khuwani Council, the "Ramadan Neighborhood" at Expo City Dubai, and the family-favorite "Ripe Market" at Dubai Police Academy Park on Saturdays and Sundays each week.

These events provide a glimpse into the history of the United Arab Emirates, and visitors can wander through a market that features a variety of outlets, participate in special dialogues, enjoy live music performances, an outdoor photography exhibition, art tours, and workshops.
