The son of a Syrian named Mohamed Al-Bitar reported to the Chtoura police station that unknown individuals kidnapped his father yesterday in the vicinity of Chtoura. In a related incident, a Syrian child (4 years old) died in a hit-and-run accident near Zahle prison and was transferred to "Riaq" hospital.
