Mayada El Hennawy Denies Being Called Syria's First Singer

Artist Mayada El Hennawy spoke extensively about her new song that she recently released in conjunction with the spring festivals. The lyrics are by poet Abdel Rahman Al-Abnoudi, composed by musician Dr. Talal, and distributed by Yahya Al-Mouji, with overall supervision by Khaled Abu Mandour. The music video was directed by Imad Basil.

In a television interview, Mayada El Hennawy stated, "When the lyrics are beautiful and the melody is beautiful, the artist gives from their heart. Thankfully, when you listen to the song you feel it's from the beautiful, sweet musical era, and you wish it were longer, but unfortunately, TV stations no longer put long songs and we now receive what is reasonable."

Regarding the claim of being called Syria's first singer, she said, "I have never mentioned this in my life, and it's inappropriate to say that because people are the ones who judge, and I can never say that, God forbid."

Mayada also talked about her manager, saying, "He's my dear heart, my son, and my friend, and he cares for me with all his heart." Regarding her upcoming projects, she mentioned that she is preparing for concerts in Lebanon and Jerash, alongside an American tour in November or December.
