Shining Stars of Hope on the Stage of Casino Lebanon

The "Takreem" foundation presented the Shining Stars of Hope celebration at Casino Lebanon, an event that emerged from an initiative by Ricardo Karam, serving as an act of hope, joy, and generosity during the festive season. The show, filled with lights, songs, music, dance, and celebratory magic, aimed to add a bit of joy to a season overshadowed by sad global events and to bring delight to the daily lives of Lebanese artists who, like much of the Lebanese population, face harsh circumstances.

The celebration was a sincere expression of the unity, strength, and resilience of the human spirit, stemming from a fundamental humanitarian cause—to support Lebanese artists from the golden age of art who are currently facing economic difficulties due to the country's crisis and a shortage of work opportunities available to them. These artists, who have persevered silently without financial and health guarantees for years, have shaped our sweet memories and enriched art in Lebanon and the Arab world with their hidden talents.

The Shining Stars of Hope group included award-winning artists, famous performers, choirs, dancers, and musicians, such as Ronza, Fadia Tanb Al-Hajj, Yury Markadi, Tania Kassis, Marlene Naaman, Mark Raidi, Bishara Mufrej, Maxim Shami, and Mattew El Khodor. Accompanying the artists on this musical journey were over 50 musicians and 25 dancers from the Zirka Dance Troupe, and 24 musicians led by Maestro Andre Haj. The celebration also featured video reports from chefs Nazira and Cynthia Bitar and artist George Khabbaz.
