The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that "it has enough funds to sustain its vital operations until the end of next month." It reported, "In the midst of the severe financial crisis facing UNRWA, a pledging conference will be held on Friday, July 12, in New York," hoping that "this conference will help raise sufficient funds to cover its expenses and continue delivering its life-saving services in Gaza and the region."
