Israeli media reported on Wednesday that "in the latest rocket barrages on Kiryat Shmona, Hezbollah fired 20 rockets." It was noted that "a rocket fell in a commercial center in the Kiryat Shmona area." The Israeli media added that "two heavy barrages of rockets were launched from Lebanon at Kiryat Shmona." Hezbollah's military media announced in a statement that its members "shelled the command post of the Eastern Brigade 769 (part of the 91st Division) in the Kiryat Shmona barracks with dozens of Katyusha rockets and artillery shells."
