Title: Harassment of a Minor and Its Consequences

A complaint was submitted to the Judicial Police Unit in Sidon by a citizen against an individual working in a candy shop in a southern town, for the crime of harassing his minor daughter (aged 13). Immediately, a patrol from the unit went to the shop, where the defendant worked, and brought him to the unit's center. It was found that he was born in 1976 and is Lebanese. During the interrogation, he confessed to the allegations of harassment against the minor, admitting to showing her pornographic videos and engaging in obscene conversations with her, according to a statement from the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division. The arrested individual has been referred to the relevant section to proceed with the necessary legal actions based on the directives of the competent judiciary.
