Statement from the Land Registry in Koura

The Land Registry in Koura announced in a statement today, Friday, "its apology for not receiving clients regarding contracts organized after the date of 15/11/2022, at this time, to enable it to implement the memorandum issued by the General Directorate of Real Estate Affairs number 2024/786, which calls for the extension of the deadline for a second time until 31/7/2024." The statement continued: "We fully understand the importance of serving citizens and adhering to legal procedures, as we are currently reviewing and examining the contracts benefiting from this circular." The statement thanked citizens "for their understanding and patience during this period, noting that it will later announce the date for receiving new contracts (2023 - 2024) soon after completing the review and decision-making process for all contracts organized before the date of 15/11/2022."
