In response, air defense systems destroyed and intercepted 26 drones over Rostov territory and one drone over the town of Smolensk. Earlier, the governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, announced that "Russian air defenses shot down 26 Ukrainian drones in the area overnight." Yesterday, the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed the downing of 19 Ukrainian drones over the Kursk and Belgorod regions, as well as the Republic of Crimea and the Black Sea.
