The Minister of Finance in the caretaker government, Yusuf Khair, issued a decision extending "until August 5, 2024, inclusive, the deadline for submitting the periodic declaration for the value-added tax for the second quarter of 2024, payment of the resulting value-added tax, and submission of refund requests presented during the declaration period for this quarter. This decision aims to provide taxpayers the opportunity to comply with their obligations to avoid penalties."
