The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division issued the following statement today, Tuesday: "As part of the daily follow-up carried out by the specialized units within the Internal Security Forces to pursue wanted individuals, identify their locations, and apprehend them across various Lebanese regions. As a result of field and investigative follow-up conducted by the Information Branch, they were able to determine the whereabouts of one of the individuals wanted by the judiciary, named: S. S. (born in 2002, Palestinian), against whom there is a warrant for drug-related charges. On June 20, 2024, after careful surveillance, one of the branch's patrols arrested him in the locality of Jal al-Bahr - Tyre. The detainee has been referred to the relevant authority for legal proceedings based on the instructions of the competent judiciary."
