Israeli broadcasting authority reported that Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant will soon arrive in the United States for an official visit, his second since the outbreak of the Gaza war. It stated that "Galant's visit to Washington is expected this month, prior to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's trip to address Congress, and Galant will discuss security developments, particularly American concerns about the outbreak of a comprehensive war between Lebanon and Israel."
