Tragedy Shocks Jordanians: 3 Brothers Die in Fire

The Jordanian community is still reeling from the tragic incident in which three young brothers lost their lives in a house fire in the capital, Amman. The Al-Marai family lost three of its sons in a blaze that broke out in their home in the Al-Bunayat area. The victims were "Louay, Nader, and Youssef," sons of Abdullah Taha Rajaa Al-Marai, who were pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Their mother attempted to save them. One of the relatives of the boys revealed details of the unfortunate tragedy, stating that the brothers had gone to sleep in their room as usual. However, the disaster struck at one o'clock in the early hours of Friday when the fire erupted in their room, and they were unable to escape.

The relative explained that the mother tried to open the boys' bedroom door to rescue them after seeing flames licking at the bottom of the door, but the blaze severely injured her, preventing her from saving her children who perished together. She was later taken to the hospital, where she continues to receive treatment away from the condolences for her sons.

The boys' uncle, who rushed to his brother's home to save the family from the fire, recounted that he was unable to open the apartment door and resorted to removing the iron grate from the brothers' room window, but he still could not reach them. He added that he heard his nephew "Nader" calling for help, saying, "Uncle, get me out of here," but the grief-stricken uncle was unable to respond due to the intensity of the flames and the thick smoke in the room.

Security authorities have opened an investigation into the incident to determine the cause of the fire. The tragedy of the brothers has shocked the Jordanian public in recent days, with many social media users sharing photos of the three siblings, lamenting their fate. Many expressed their sympathy for the mother, who was even denied the chance to say goodbye to their bodies.
