The administrative body of "Tadamon Sour" Club held its regular meeting, attended by club president Mr. Hassan Fawaz and other members of the administrative body, at the president's office in Beirut. During the meeting, various administrative and technical tasks were reviewed and discussed, in preparation for a major workshop that will begin in the club in the coming days.

At the start of the meeting, President Hassan Fawaz expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the previous administrative body members, commending their efforts and contributions that maintained the solidarity and integrity of the club’s path. He valued their significant role and dedication, which navigated the club to safety and kept the team in the spotlight league despite all the challenges, and he also thanked all the presidents who have served in the club.

Regarding the agenda, several proposals were discussed, resulting in the following report:

1. Forming specialized committees with clear functional responsibilities, and after consultations, the following committees were agreed upon: Technical Committee chaired by Mr. Hassan Fawaz, Financial Committee chaired by Dr. Mazen Qubaisi, Legal Committee chaired by Dr. Dima Basma, Media and Communication Committee chaired by Mr. Khaled Shaaban, and a special committee for infrastructure.

2. To facilitate administrative work and regulate the specific duties of each committee, it was agreed to rent a dedicated office for administrative work and equip it with necessary tools to ensure effective work and achieve the desired goals.

3. Launching a comprehensive technical workshop to study the technical situation of the men's team and age groups, and to develop a long-term strategy aimed at advancing the team based on well-studied scientific foundations.

4. A report on establishing a football academy, with immediate action to implement this project in the near future. Plans will also be developed for facilities that will serve the academy and its activities.

5. Regarding membership in the club's general assembly, it was emphasized that membership is always open to those interested, with new procedures and conditions to be established that conform to the club’s general system.

6. Working to reactivate the role of the fan association, and exerting maximum efforts to attract fans back, with administrator Ghazwan Bahar overseeing the association's activities.

7. Working to form a board of trustees to support the club’s future endeavors, with an administrative committee chaired by the club president to follow up on this matter.

8. At the end of the session, President Fawaz made an appeal to the supporters of Tadamon to return to the stands to support the team in its upcoming tasks, especially as the next phase will witness a qualitative development that meets their ambitions.
