Intensive Efforts to Extinguish Fires in Harabta

Civil defense teams, under the field supervision of the regional director of the Baalbek Center, Bilal Raad, and with the assistance of an army helicopter and volunteers from the "Islamic Health Authority - Civil Defense," are working to extinguish the fires that have affected vast forested areas on the heights of the town of Harabta, and to prevent the flames from spreading towards the Ain Arghash area. The Baalbek regional civil defense center has prepared an artificial water reservoir in the area with a capacity of about 23,000 liters to supply the army helicopter with water.
