He indicated that Israel is discussing potential joint efforts with Washington involving the United States, Europe, and some Arab countries to find an alternative to Hamas's rule in the Gaza Strip. Additionally, Axios reported that Israeli officials have informed Washington that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not interested in war with Hezbollah and prefers a diplomatic solution.
