The Houthi group from Yemen announced on Tuesday that it carried out a joint operation with the "Iraqi Islamic Resistance" militia targeting a vital objective in Haifa, Israel. Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree stated in a televised statement that the Iran-aligned group executed a "joint military operation with the Iraqi Islamic Resistance, which targeted a vital objective in Haifa with several cruise missiles, and the operation successfully achieved its goals." The Houthi group has been launching drone and missile attacks on maritime routes since November, claiming that these attacks are in solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza.
