Israeli Army Destroys Rocket Launch Site in Rafah (Video)

The Israeli army announced the destruction of a rocket launch site in the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, by its warplanes, and struck other targets across the area. Israeli army spokesman Avichay Adraee stated, "During the night hours, the warplanes bombed a rocket launch site in the Rafah area which contained rockets ready for launch." He added, "In the past twenty-four hours, the Air Force targeted dozens of terrorist sites throughout the Gaza Strip, including military buildings, sabotage cells, tunnel openings, and other targets."

Additionally, the Israeli army announced on Wednesday the elimination of Wisam Abu Ishaq, responsible for arms smuggling for Hamas through the Rafah crossing in southern Gaza, stating, "Wisam Abu Ishaq was killed yesterday (Tuesday) in an airstrike carried out by Air Force planes under the guidance of the Israeli military intelligence in southern Gaza, indicating that he was involved in arms smuggling operations for Hamas."
